Surf Camp World Morocco (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is an independent travel service that helps customers find and book surf camp experiences in Morocco. We act as a booking intermediary between clients and local surf camp providers. Our role is to connect you with trusted camp partners, help organize your stay, and ensure you receive all the essential information before your arrival.
By making a booking or inquiry through Surf Camp World Morocco, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Our responsibilities:
• Help you find a surf camp option that suits your level, preferences, and budget.
• Provide clear, essential information about the surf camp, what is included, and what to expect.
• Coordinate your booking and confirm details with the surf camp.
• Arrange the included arrival transfer through the surf camp/local driver.
Once you arrive at the surf camp, all day-to-day responsibility for:
• Accommodation and meals
• Surf lessons, coaching, and equipment
• Activities, safety briefings, and local rules
rests with the surf camp operator and its staff, not with Surf Camp World Morocco.
2. Personal Data and Privacy
We collect and use your personal information solely to process your booking and provide customer support. This may include:
• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Travel dates and accommodation preferences
• Any special requirements you choose to share
Your personal data will be shared only with trusted local partners essential to your booking, such as surf camp operators and taxi drivers for airport transfers. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We take reasonable steps to protect all data provided to us, but communication over the internet can never be 100% secure. By using our service, you accept this risk.
3. Booking and Payment Policy
To confirm your place, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit covers administrative costs and prevents financial loss caused by cancellations.
If you cancel your reservation, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. This ensures that your reserved space could be offered to other interested travelers without financial loss to the business.
The remaining balance (if any) must be paid according to the terms provided during booking.
4. Flights and Transfers
Flights are not included in any package. You are fully responsible for organizing and paying for your travel to Morocco.
However, once you arrive, a local taxi transfer from the airport to the surf camp will be arranged for you by our on-site team. This transfer service is included in your total package price.
5. Liability and Responsibilities
Surf Camp World Morocco is a booking agent only and is not the direct service provider. Once you arrive at the surf camp, all responsibility for your accommodation, safety, and surf lessons lies with the surf camp operators managing your stay.
We are not responsible for:
• Any accidents, injuries, or personal losses that may occur during your trip
• Loss or damage to personal items (e.g., surfboards, luggage, electronics)
• Weather conditions, flight issues, or events outside our control
You are strongly advised to arrange travel and health insurance before your trip. This should cover medical emergencies, accidents, and lost items.
You are strongly advised to take out your own comprehensive travel insurance before departure, which should cover at least:
• Medical care and emergency treatment
• Personal accident and injury
• Trip cancellation/curtailment
• Loss or theft of luggage and personal items
By booking through Surf Camp World Morocco, you accept that surfing and travel carry inherent risks and agree that you are personally responsible for choosing suitable insurance and acting within your abilities.
